Together, volunteers and donors have succeeded in building a local History Center we can all admire.  We are also debt free!  However, a continual challenge that virtually all non-profits face is generating adequate funds for ongoing operation expenses.  We also face that challenge.  Many steps are being taken to raise funds in a positive manner, including plans to hold annual fund-raising "parties".

 

We cordially invite you to an “Evening In Irvine” fund-raising picnic dinner in Irvine Park's historic main pavilion on Thursday, June 26.  The event is designed to be a relaxing, casual evening featuring drinks, a great dinner catered by Fosters, and socializing with friends and fellow supporters.  It will also be an opportunity to meet our new Executive Director, Jarrod Showalter.  Social hour begins at 5:00 pm and dinner will begin at 6:00 pm.  The cost is $125 per person, which includes a $100 tax deductible donation.  Our goal is to have 120 attendees and have an enjoyable evening raising $12,000.
